Seeking Injection Molding Process Technician with practical experience utilizing scientific molding principles and formal training in decoupled molding in a Paulson, Routsis, Bozzelli, RJG course, or similar.

Must be able to:

*** Troubleshoot molding process and identify problems.

*** Evaluate and resolve issues with products - shrink marks, silvery streaks, burn marks, air hooks, air bubbles, disc grooves, visible flow lines, stress cracks, voids, flash, short shot, sink, warpage,

*** Inspect machinery, document repair requirements, recommend repair or retooling of molds, etc.

*** Develop a Scientific Molding Process with process engineers, document process outputs, examine defective parts, compare current process with documented process, resolve variances and return process to documented standard, inspect and verify parts and process, and document all changes made.

*** Set machine controls and process parameters according to documented standard process requirements.

*** Evaluate sensor data to identify variations in key parameters and conduct real-time adjustments for temperature, flow rate, fill rate, and cooling temperature to maintain the scientific molding process.
