There is currently an opening for a Sales Trainee to receive extensive training in company products and customers. Training program includes one on one training with Senior Marketing & Sales mentors, exposure to key departments, and operations. After successful completion of the training, trainees will be given the opportunity to generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts.

*** Visit existing and prospective customers to build, develop, and maintain relationships, via meetings, phone, and email.

*** Visit manufacturing sites and development centers to learn and understand the processes used and the quality systems employed.

*** Use technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales.

*** Assess application of company products and services to offer solutions that meet customer needs.

*** Learn and participate in project management cycle.

*** Gather market and customer information.

Desired Experience:

*** Strong engineering or technical skill base preferred.

*** Relevant internships or experience.

*** Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
