Manage a staff of SIU Investigators conducting field investigations of referred claims.

*** Conduct pre-hiring interviews of SIU staff.

*** Manage and train SIU personnel and claims staff.

*** Control expenses.

*** Direct high level or sensitive investigations.

*** Facilitate SIU roundtable meetings, analysis, development of facts and evidence, and coordination with NICB, Industry Trade groups, Departments of Insurance, and law enforcement agencies.

*** Monitor statistical information in SIU performance dashboards.

*** Report fraud activities and trends, and recommend courses of action to improve overall performance of SIU and claim departments.
