Responsibilities:

*** Create programs online and offline using FANUC, Allen Bradley, Rockwell Logix, or Siemens software to: configure input/output, develop code to perform customer specified tasks, and setup programs to communicate with PLC and other peripheral equipment.

*** Develop code in various languages, configure software and hardware options, and troubleshoot electrical problems.

*** Setup a FANUC iRVision system for error proofing or 2D guidance.

*** Configure a barcode scanner to read various types of barcode data and communicate with peripheral equipment.

*** Travel to customer facilities to conduct service calls, start-up, and commissioning of automated equipment.

*** Create backups of programs, provide assistance in solving customer issues, and document issues and resolutions.

*** Train customers on operation of robotic equipment.
