Objectives:

*** Lead new business development efforts to grow and maintain a profitable book of business.

*** Develop technically acceptable proposals showcasing the company's expertise, previous success, and value-add potential.

*** Manage new accounts and existing customers, lead up-selling efforts for service contract sales.

*** Attend trade shows and industry events to further the company's objectives and gain new business.

*** Act as the key resource for existing customers and present solutions to improve customer operations through upgrades, modifications, or new system sales.

Requirements:

*** 5+ years outside sales experience of integrated material handling systems or similar incorporating intelligent conveyor systems with digital controllers, barcode scanners, RFID systems, diverter systems, etc.

*** Ability to develop key 'win' strategies and execute plans for long-cycle sales efforts.
