Description
Seeking professional with hands-on experience with optical and surface analysis methods such as Dynamic Mechanical Analysis, Thermomechanical Analysis, Differential Scanning Calorimetry, Thermal Gravimetric Analysis, Residual Gas Analysis, X-ray Diffraction, Small Angle X-Ray Scattering, Differential Scanning Fluorimetry, Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Optical Microscopy, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy, or Secondary-ion Mass Spectrometry.
Activities:
*** Characterize and analyze proteins and protein interactions.
*** Conduct protein stability studies.
*** Develop new assays.
*** Select and source assays.
*** Evaluate and validate new techniques.
*** Troubleshoot and improve current assay methods.
*** Ensure adherence to FDA and ISO guidelines.
