Research Copywriters play a critical role in locating and identifying unique marketplace information and developing eye catching marketing content in support of our talent acquisition operations.

Activities:

*** Work with our Human Capital Strategy Consultants to generate original and creative concepts that support brand positioning

*** Analyze and interpret technical information from web page content, journal articles, job descriptions, career specifications, hiring requirements, corporate hierarchies, employee classifications, company facilities and more

*** Participate in daily training meetings with an opportunity to progress into advanced management development programs

Qualifications:

*** Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs.

*** Expertise conducting research through database and web based search engines.

*** Ability to convey complex ideas and concepts into comprehensible language.

*** Experience working in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

*** Desire to learn about a wide variety of STEM industries as well as the technologies, methods, and processes used throughout various corporations.
