Research Associate - Recruiting Operations Support Team - Princeton, NJ

Description
The Research Associate acts as a liaison between our recruiting operations and research department by providing real time support to cross functional project teams involved with all aspects of recruiting including: industry research, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking system data entry, call plan development, job description creation, interview coordination, marketing campaign customization, and other functions related to the recruiting process.

*** Perform market research using the most current technologies, social media tools, and analysis techniques

*** Manage job postings, analyze response data and hiring trends from company website, client systems, job boards, social media sites, and other external portals

*** Evaluate and track data entered into Applicant Tracking System and reject information that does not comply with standard protocols
