Seeking experienced Senior Research Associate to develop, automate, and conduct biochemical and cell-based assays to drive lead optimization and obtain mechanistic insights for all research programs.

The Job:

*** Develop, optimize, and automate new assays using ELISA, Time-Resolved Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer, AlphaScreen, receptor binding and signaling, and reporter assays.

*** Conduct compound screening for structure-activity relationship support.

*** Perform data analysis.

*** Contribute to compound mechanism of action studies.

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in biochemistry, cell biology, or related scientific discipline.

*** 3+ years of drug discovery experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting.
