Drive market growth in custom robot integration and robot cells involving: Articulating Arm Robots; Custom End Effectors; Welding Cells; Collaborating Picking, Sorting and Loading Robots; Gripper & Rotary Systems; Associated Shuttles, Sorters, Conveyors, Tables; Stackers; Machine Interfaces, Scanners, Controllers, Sensors, and Machine Vision Systems.

*** Maintain positive personal relationships with key high level management at customer and prospect companies.

*** Schedule and prepare OEM plant visits, meetings, tours, etc. including entertaining customers and prospects.

*** Develop field case stories with photos for field sales, PR, sales tool.

*** Resolve customer issues including accounting, service, personnel issues, etc.

*** Provide updates for Pending Order Trackers, Lost Orders, etc.

*** Handle product recall or rework requirements.

*** Develop detailed charts, excel spreadsheets, sales reports, open quote reports, etc.; provide forecasts when requested.

*** Contribute to product development via customer and market feedback.

*** Develop knowledge of product lines and market analysis.

*** Support vendor relationships.
