Company providing country-wide nondestructive evaluation and testing for a wide variety of industrial structures seeks Operations Manager to oversee regional offices performing nondestructive evaluation and testing for storage tanks, pipelines, bridges, water towers, radio towers, municipal water systems, refineries, dams, and other industrial structures.

Shall:

*** Develop and maintain regional operational plans including profit and growth goals.

*** Recruit, hire, coach, and continuously develop technical team .

*** Ensure effective resource and manpower management.

*** Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new customers in order to expand business operations.

Requirements:

*** 10+ years nondestructive evaluation and testing experience.

*** Proven success managing engineering operations with responsibility for P&L.
