Activities:

*** Drive sales initiatives and create plans to meet company and regional department goals aimed at profitability and sustainable customer relationships.

*** Develop contacts within customer organizations, serve as a point of contact (POC) for all key interactions and engagement. Ensure personnel engage customers with a focus on customer satisfaction leading to brand loyalty.

*** Manage internal aspects regarding inventory ordering and tracking, ensure procurement representatives are set-up for success and able to order parts as needed.

Requirements:

*** At least five years experience in a similar position with operations management experience in a cathodic protection or corrosion control company.

*** Familiarity with enterprise resource planning or similar business management software.

*** Leadership abilities, must be able to lead personnel and inspire confidence in upper management with successful completion of complex projects.
