Seeking experienced Engineering Manager to lead operations for the regional office of a large engineering firm performing Nondestructive Evaluation and Nondestructive Testing services for pipeline, construction, offshore, petrochemical, and marine customers.

Activities:

*** Oversee design of Nondestructive Evaluation projects and manage project teams composed of inspectors, technicians, and engineers.

*** Schedule, supervise, and evaluate personnel performance.

*** Develop and execute training and coaching plans for personnel.

*** Develop budget, maintain project adherence to spending plans, and manage P&L for the region.

*** Manage client interactions during project activities, build sound relationships with customers to ensure continued business.

*** Company specializes in NDE and NDT for commercial and industrial infrastructure including natural gas pipelines, municipal water systems, oil refineries, dams, bridges, and similar structures exposed to extreme pressures and poor environmental conditions.

*** Company features engineers and technicians with expertise in visual inspection, ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, corrosion mapping, radiographic analysis, etc.
