Seeking experience managing large pipeline repair and maintenance operations with responsibility for P&L, scheduling, personnel management, and physical asset management.

Shall:

*** Manage all personnel including office administrative and scheduling staff, field service teams, shop mechanics, drivers, and engineers; ensure personnel are utilized, managed, and coordinated appropriately and effectively.

*** Oversee inventory management activities, ensure acceptable levels of spare parts and materials are available.

*** Supervise fleet and equipment repair and maintenance, ensure proper routine repairs are made so vehicles and tools are functional.

*** Act as customer contact and provide regular reports during service and repair activities to inform customers regarding schedules, status, and issues.

Qualifications:

*** Knowledge of pipeline repair services including: line freezing for system isolation; hot tapping; leak detection, repair, and sealing; and valve repair.

*** Proven success directly managing personnel within a large regional service operation for pipelines.
