*** Starting compensation to $200,000 with salary and bonus.

Responsibilities:

*** Lead and facilitate pipeline projects from inception to completion.

*** Act as the lead and analyze reports received from sales team, warehouse supervisors, and administrative support staff.

*** Manage, train and build engineering team.

*** Encourage environment of customer engagement and business.

*** Monitor and drive sales goal development.

Required:

*** Experience with cathodic protection and corrosion control and expertise with materials, processes, and common applications.

*** 10+ years experience in a similar role with responsibility for sales planning, engineering, construction, personnel development, customer engagement, and warehouse management.

*** Bachelors of Science in Engineering.
