Seeking Subrogation manager to oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the company's subrogation activities in order to achieve maximum claim financial recoveries.

Responsibilities:

*** Take ultimate responsibility for claim resolution involving subrogation while utilizing substantial level of authority.

*** Conduct cost and benefit analysis in pursuit of all potential subrogation recoveries.

*** Maintain a subrogation caseload including conducting on-site investigations, consulting with outside parties and experts, and negotiating subrogation settlements.

*** Reconcile subrogation recoveries on a monthly basis with the Finance Department.

*** Develop, implement and conduct subrogation-training sessions for the company and external customers.

*** Monitor and communicate performance expectations to direct reports, and conduct timely performance evaluations on staff.

*** Recommend salary adjustments, promotions, transfers and dismissals.
