Provide technical support in the research and development of new semiconductor optoelectronics products including device design, growth, fabrication, and evaluation, primarily for based compound semiconductor wafer processing and device fabrication.

Responsibilities:

*** Laser and photodetector device fabrication.

*** Develop, evaluate, and transfer processes for the manufacture of new semiconductor optoelectronics devices.

*** Utilize confocal microscope, surface profiler, ellipsometry, and SEM for characterization.

*** Perform data analysis including statistical process control.

*** Write technical reports and Standard operating procedures for new processes.
