Seeking NADCAP expert with background in an aerospace machine shop who can:

*** Review process, product, and other manufacturing documentation to measure adherence to quality standards, customer requirements, and adherence to AS9100 and NADCAP standards.

*** Manage First Article Inspections (FAI) and perform Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA).

*** Act as the quality liaison to certifying bodies, regulatory groups, internal stakeholders, and customers.

*** Develop, audit, test, revise, and implement NADCAP and AS9100 compliant quality procedures.

*** Work with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and monitor updated processes.
