Seeking innovative quality engineer to champion improvements to manufacturing activities through development of a robust, sustainable quality system and personnel development efforts for continuous improvement and training.

Requirements:

*** Knowledgeable of conventional and contemporary quality systems

*** Familiarity with the ISO 9000 series.

*** Experience within a quality manufacturing environment as a quality engineer or similar.

Activities:

*** Lead compliance audits and review of product adherence to regulatory, industry, and customer requirements.

*** Develop quality policies, procedures, and requirements to improve waste ratios and reduce non-value-add time.

*** Identify, select, and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) and acceptance sampling.

*** Create SOPs and develop training for plant personnel to ensure procedures and processes are carried out correctly.
