Aerospace tier supplier of machined components seeks experienced Quality Assurance Manager who can ensure shop activities follow AS9100 requirements, develop in-process and final inspection system, monitor customer interactions and complaints, and qualify raw material vendors.

*** Develop and lead quality system training for personnel.

*** Initiate internal audits and meet with external auditors to ensure inspections go smoothly and efficiently.

*** Perform vendor and supplier audits to ensure raw materials and stock meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements for quality and grade.

*** Identify non-conforming parts and lead root cause investigation and inspections.

*** Ensure CNC Mills and Grinders are operated correctly and verify parts meet specifications.

*** Monitor adherence to AS9100, NADCAP, and other related requirements.

*** Ensure all documentation meets internal and regulatory requirements, develop and manage SOPs.
