Seeking individual with quality assurance and control experience in a manufacturing environment working with large, layered products such as wind turbine blades, boat hulls or similar.

Shall:

*** Develop, execute and oversee continuous quality improvement plans for manufacturing plant operations.

*** Perform quality system audits and report findings to management with recommendations for corrective courses of action.

*** Design, implement and drive preventive and corrective actions focusing on identifying quality or production issues, performing root cause analyses and validations to ensure effective quality systems.

Qualifications:

*** Lean manufacturing experience.

*** Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis as well as Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis.

*** 5+ years in a similar quality engineering or assurance role.

*** Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 or similar.

Excellent starting compensation up to $115,000 with full medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans as well as company paid life insurance.
