Maintain, support, and develop Quality System for manufacturer of dispersal systems for personal care products within FDA Quality System Regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Processes, and similar requirements.

*** Generate standard operating procedures to define and improve quality system functions.

*** Provide company-wide training on general quality principles and specific procedural requirements.

*** Participate in interdepartmental initiatives for continuous improvement.

*** Provide QA review during routine manufacturing operations.

*** Review batch records to support release of raw materials, work in progress, and final products.

*** Perform deviation investigations related to manufacturing and packaging processes, including product impact assessments and ensure resolution or escalation.

*** Ensure appropriate Corrective and Preventative Actions are initiated and coordinate required actions and subsequent closure.

*** Support assessment and disposition of non-conforming materials and closure of Non-conformance and Deviation Reports.

*** Review and approve GMP documents, including standard operating procedures, manufacturing production records, change forms, like-for-like assessments, etc.

*** Review records and documents for completeness and compliance with QSR requirements.

*** Coordinate internal audit program.

*** Interact with regulatory and partner auditors during audits.
