Join Protein Engineering department that expresses and characterizes target proteins and antibodies in transient and stable expression systems in support of protein screening, binding assays, structural characterization, activity assays, and similar.

What is going on in the lab::

*** Expression of cell surface and soluble proteins in mammalian, insect, & yeast cells and similar eukaryotic expression systems.

*** Development and execution of assays to analyze recombinant proteins and cell lines.

*** Creation of stable mammalian and insect cell lines to express recombinant target proteins and antibodies.

*** Utilization of various analytical techniques such as: Flow Cytometry, Octet, ELISA, and related immunoassays.

Required:

*** Bench Research experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or similar industry.
