CFO will oversee financial reporting, accounting, budgeting & forecasting, asset-liability management, capital allocation, pricing, cash flow management, investment portfolio management, and human resources functions.

*** Lead business and financial planning and develop financial models, business forecasts, and multimillion dollar & multiyear plans & budgets.

*** Implement efficient pricing and cost controls to optimize return on assets.

*** Execute internal controls over financial reporting and ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act and Committee of Sponsoring Organizations guidelines.

*** Identify and manage key risk areas.

*** Human Resource management activities: recruit candidates, coach, evaluate performance, and assign workload.

*** Provide financial analysis reports to senior management and Board of Directors.

*** Liaise with internal and external auditors, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and similar agencies on regulatory matters, applications, filings, and audits.

*** Serve as company's Ethics Officer and ensure reporting of compliance with Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, and similar.
