Requires:

*** Expertise with plastic injection molding; considered experience includes liquid injection molding (LIM), micro-molding, insert molding, two-shot molding, silicone rubber, etc.

*** Practical understanding and application of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) guidelines and documentation including Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), etc.

*** Experience with equipment validation procedures including Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Performance Qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ).

*** Experience with process validation procedures and track record participating in process design, qualification, and continued process verification for plastic or rubber molded products.
