Seeking individual with experience overseeing and implementing multiple projects aimed at expanding the company's market share, bringing more value to customers, and breaking into new markets.

Activities:

*** Contribute to growing the company's market share for injection molded rubber medical devices.

*** Participate in product demonstrations to customers and answer all questions regarding manufacturing capabilities, tolerances, and materials.

*** Manage customer relationships and ensure customer needs are met, and concerns are addressed regarding timelines, cost, or product quality.

*** Support projects from initial identification and capture to final shipment.

*** Meet with internal and external customers during presentations and showcase the company's technical expertise and manufacturing capabilities through hands-on product demonstrations, videos, white papers, etc.

Requirements:

*** Extensive Medical Device industry experience contributing to strategic planning.

*** Technical knowledge of insert and injection molding processes, machines, and tooling. Must be able to showcase the benefit of the company's products to customers without resorting to jargon during presentations.
