Description
As a professional recruiter you will go through an extensive hands on training program focused on building your knowledge and skills in full life-cycle recruiting. The training program is broken down into 12 key critical stages encompassing various methods and philosophies of talent acquisition, business development, business ethics, business operations, passive recruiting, network building, marketing, sales, management training, leadership programs and more.
Within the first 90 days you will:
*** Identify a niche market best suited to your personality and interests
*** Partner with executives, hiring managers, and human resources teams to determine hiring need and implement talent acquisition strategies
*** Analyze resumes, interview and assess candidate's abilities, perform reference checks, advise decisions makers and recommend new hires, deliver employment offers
*** Establish relationships with passive candidates and assess their ability to make a career move
*** Develop advertising and marketing campaigns
*** Manage projects involving interview schedules, candidates traveling, phone and in person meetings, relocation, negotiations
