Lead underwriting for Specialty Contactor risks and assist with acquisition and retention of profitable customer accounts.

Specialty Contractors Ex. HVAC, Fire Suppression, Pest Control, Landscapers, Siders, Roofers, Plumbers, Fence Installers, etc.

Shall:

*** Lead growth and development of a profitable book of business through meetings with existing and prospective clients to establish profitable business relationships.

*** Act as the key decision maker for clients in the territory and accept, decline, price or modify underwriting risks based on profitability and acceptable risk levels.

*** Develop guidelines and enforce internal and legal underwriting rules, regulations, laws and best-practices.

Qualifications:

*** 10+ years underwriting experience a focus on Excess & Surplus lines.
