Manufacturer of extruded plastic products seeks Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations. This facility is principally a combination of diverse functions of molding, extrusion and assembly.

Duties:

*** Provide leadership and direction to mechanics, setup technicians and operators on several production lines.

*** Establishes and executes the production plan based on requirements.

*** Develop, implement and lead a Continuous Improvement program to ensure corporate success

*** Maintain compliance to specifications & standards required by customers & regulatory agencies.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

*** Must have experience managing in a union environment.

*** Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing

*** Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
