Shall:

*** Champion a 'safety first' culture for the entire site, ensure safe work practices are specified in manuals and SOPs and are followed accurately.

*** Develop a Process Safety Management program and ensure all 14 elements of regulated process are organized and documented appropriately.

*** Ensure adherence to OSHA PSM and EPA Risk Management Program regulations.

*** Coordinate, Document, and Organize training covering all 14 aspects of the PSM program.

*** Lead Process Hazard Analysis exercises including hazard and what-if analysis for all regulated and non-regulated processes.

Seeking:

*** Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding handling of highly hazardous chemicals and reducing potential for release of HHCs into the work environment.

*** 3+ years relevant experience in a similar environment, food processing, cosmetic production, chemical plant experience, etc.

*** Strong background with all 14 elements of PSM with particular focus on Process Safety Information, Process Hazard Analysis, Management of Change, and Pre-startup Safety Review.
