Description
Candidate must possess Degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years product development experience in Specialty polymer-based films, Microporous films, Monolithic films, Specialty filled films, or similar.

Major developer of innovative wound and skin care technologies seeks ability to work with R&D, Sales, Service, Implementation, Competitive Intelligence, and Business Development to understand market integration needs and ensure development outcome andmanufactuiring meets those growing needs.

Shall be responsible for for product and manufacturing integration development, driving on-time-on-budget releases, and prioritizing all integration feature-function requests and provide detailed requirements.

Additionally, shall understand product P&L, ensuring products achieve profit objectives as well as work closely with third party companies to transfer integration knowledge to ensure that all technologies can be effectively implemented and serviced, while achieving service quality and implementation quality expectations.
