Manufacturer of plastic medical devices seeks Senior Process Engineer to support product development and improve injection molding operation.

Shall:

*** Provide project management leadership for injection molding processes and tooling.

*** Provide technology input to guide product development on design-for-manufacturability.

*** Manage all process improvement, preventative maintenance, and repair effort as it pertains to plastic molds and molding machines

Qualifications:

*** 7+ years experience in injection molding.

*** Knowledge of plastic part design.

*** Knowledge of thermoplastic and thermoset technologies, molding materials technology, and assembly technology.

*** Knowledge of plastic processing.

*** Knowledge of molding production operations in a high volume precision parts business.
