Assess new opportunities for technical merit, determine or invent means to implement products and processes, and develop and commercialize resulting technology.

*** Identify, develop, and implement new technology, processes, and materials for pipelines formed using plastic extrusion, molding, and thermoforming.

*** Manage, coordinate, and drive innovation pipeline projects by determining project objectives, proposing and maintaining timelines, supervising progress, and resolving critical issues.

*** Interface with current and potential vendors, customers, and technology suppliers regarding legal, technical, and commercial concepts.

*** Coordinate project activities with manufacturing and operation units as needed.

*** Report progress to team, market leaders, and technical managers.
