Activities:

*** Reduce process variation and improve process capabilities by applying scientific molding principles

*** Apply quality engineering tools including FMEAs, statistical analysis, DOEs and industry best practices during process design and evaluation.

*** Champion integration of Six Sigma protocols and foster a Lean Manufacturing environment to reduce non-value-add time, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Required:

*** Process Engineering experience within a blow molding environment manufacturing large batches of products.
