International producer of plastic injection molded automobile components seeks an individual able to bring innovative process design capabilities and experience with automation to a facility producing high volumes of plastic component parts.

Key Functions:

*** Design new automated manufacturing processes aimed at improving quality, efficiency and output.

*** Recommend purchase of new injection molding machinery to meet improvement requirements.

*** Train process and setup technicians as well as molding equipment operators to verify new or updated processes are performed correctly.

Requirements:

*** Familiarity with utilizing FMEA, pFMEA and statistical controls in process design and optimization.

*** B.S., B.A. or equivalent in Engineering or Plastics field.

*** 5+ years experience process engineering for plastic injection molding in the automotive industry.

*** Industrial automation background with Six Sigma, Kaizen events, Lean Manufacturing or related experience.

Excellent compensation package with total compensation package to $160,000 including full company paid benefits for medical, dental and vision insurance. Company matched 401(k) and company paid life insurance policies. Paid time off for personal and sick days, vacation packages and paid holidays.
