Seeking individual with Process Engineering experience in a high volume, low change-over plastic injection molding environment.

Shall:

*** Spearhead efforts to optimize productivity, reduce cycle time, improve quality, and reduce costs through process evaluation, re-design, and validation.

*** Identify areas where variation affects the process and product quality, eliminate sources of variability and measure positive impact on operations.

*** Continuously monitor and improve molding process efficiency.

*** Use Six Sigma, Lean, or similar innovative manufacturing process improvement approaches during process re-design.

Requires:

*** Minimum of 6+ years experience in a similar role performing process evaluations and improvements for a high volume plastic molding environment.
