Functions:

*** Develop methods and conduct sample analysis and data review for pharmacology, toxicology, and biodistribution pharmacokinetic studies.

*** Conduct liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry based assays using blood and tissue-derived biological samples.

*** Conduct pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic analysis and pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling.

*** Identify and apply models to describe RNA cargo delivery via liquid nanoparticles including distribution, metabolism, and excretion.

*** Develop pharmacometric models to advance drug candidates to clinical trials.

*** Author summaries for regulatory filing documents.

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in chemistry or Biochemistry with 7+ years of industry experience, Master's degree with 5+ years or Doctoral degree with 3+ years.

*** Experience with bioanalytical methodology such as Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry, ELISA, quantitative Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction, and b-DNA; developing and running complex assays; software for structural analysis of oligonucleotides, peptides and proteins; quantitation of small molecules, oligonucleotides and peptides; and modeling and simulation of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics relationships using Phoenix WinNonlin.

*** Experience with Innovative New Drug filing and familiarity with regulatory guidance.
