Major precision optics company experiencing tremendous growth seeks Cleaning Tech to perform manual and robot assisted cleaning and polishing on hard crystal materials -- germanium, sapphire, and other substrates to assure precise surface conditions down to the angstrom level.

Required:

*** Previously used centering machines, spindle machines, dicing saw, laps or zygo polishing systems.

*** Experienced in conventional shaping, grinding, lapping, and blocking techniques.

*** Proficiency performing sub-angstrom super polishing.

*** Comfortable using a bead blaster to clean hardware and tooling equipment.

*** Experienced loading and unloading substrates into vacuum chambers.

*** 2+ years similar experience.
