Activities:

*** Design specialty polymers, oligomers, monomers, according to electrical, physical, and chemical requirements.

*** Synthesize, purify, and characterize (physical & chemical properties and stabilities) oligomers & polymers.

*** Develop critical to function qualitative analytical methods of specialty polymers, oligomers, and monomers to correlate to performances in EPD product.

*** Scale up synthesis and purification, establish quality control test methods & specifications, and transfer to manufacture facility.

*** Create new intellectual properties and develop proof of concepts.

Ideal candidate shall have a background in Polymer Chemistry, Organic Synthesis, Materials Science with experience in Polymer, Monomer, Oligomer, or similar synthesis.
