Activities:

*** Work within a matrix environment in a highly efficient, specialized team developing new polymer compounds and specialty composites.

*** Design new production processes to meet unique compound needs.

*** Develop process documentation to ensure additives, fillers and reinforcers are added at the correct step, define timing and ratios in SOPs and BOMs for new products.

Requirements:

*** B.S. or equivalent in Engineering field.

*** Knowledge of unique and specialized resin systems, ability to apply previous knowledge to new process design.
