*** Plan and perform R&D investigations for new product development.

*** Support complex cross functional team projects between Material Science, Process Chemistry, and similar teams.

*** Perform solution & emulsion polymerization.

*** Formulate coatings and conduct application testing.

*** Analyze results to refine technical strategy.

*** Read patents to identify new product concepts and technology.

*** Serve as point of contact for queries regarding development, application, quality assurance, and related programs and services.

*** Ensure bench equipment is calibrated and maintained.

*** Mentor junior level technicians, support staff, and chemists.
