Seeking Plastics Engineer who can manage all aspects of quoting, design, development, procurement, and implementation of custom tooling and molds for custom designed plastic and rubber products.

Shall:

*** Meet with customer representatives and design engineers to develop tooling and mold designs, specify mold materials, finishes, and other fabrication processes based on customer needs and product designs.

*** Coordinate and conduct mold design reviews with customers and tool shop.

*** Evaluate and compare cost of fabricating tooling against procuring molds from third party shops.

*** Quote project costs to customers.

*** Negotiate contracts during requirements analysis.
