Support overall manufacturing process for injection molded automotive parts by sampling, developing, optimizing and troubleshooting molding processes and auxiliary parts handling equipment using scientific injection molding principles.

*** Carry out cost reduction efforts by optimizing tooling, processes and materials.

*** Sample and troubleshoot new, existing, and transfer molds.

*** Evaluate and develop new molding techniques.

*** Develop processing procedures for manufacturing personnel.

*** Lead training for Process and Setup Technicians.

*** Analyze and resolve processing problems involving molding machines, molds, resins (polyolefin and engineering grades), colorants, and auxiliary equipment such as robots, conveyors, material loaders, hot runner controllers, and gravimetric blenders.
