Seeking a Plastics Manufacturing Process Engineer to support compounds and profile & sheet extrusion products manufacturing in an industrial materials environment.

The Job:

*** Assist with operational troubleshooting and perform special tests to identify limiting factors.

*** Collaborate with Quality management and Product Development teams to establish critical to quality and critical to customer criteria for product lines.

*** Establish key performance indicators for manufacturing operators and supervisors.

*** Design and implement equipment and process improvements.

*** Author Standard Operating Procedures for Operators.

*** Support installation and startup of equipment.

*** Mentor production staff on equipment operation and production processes.

Desired Experience:

*** Bachelors degree in Engineering or similar field.

*** 4+ years of Plastics Manufacturing experience with a focus on Plastics Compounding.
