Plastics Engineer Process Engineer Manufacturing Engineer Plastic Molding Injection Mold Blow Extrusion Tooling Designer Moldmaking Lean Applications Thermoplastics Thermoset _ .

Seeking experienced individual to champion improvement of manufacturing processes for polyurethane casting for customers in a wide range of industries including automotive manufacture and consumer products.

Shall:

*** Utilize Six Sigma DMAIC processes to identify waste and areas of weakness.

*** Inspect current process and capabilities, define areas where improvements must be made, and develop a plan to tackle non-compliant or under performing aspects of production.

*** Assess current waste and scrap levels, perform design of experiments or similar analysis to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.

*** Develop a plan of action aimed at meeting customer requirements and company production goals.

Qualifications:

*** Ability to decrease product waste, labor waste, and non value added time in a manufacturing environment producing large amounts of thermoset urethane products.

*** Six Sigma certification, Green Belt or higher.
