*** Works with production management production, quality control, and maintenance.

*** Develops and implements new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.

*** Participates in the sourcing and development of new molding tools.

*** Supports new product launch.

*** Maintains, monitors and audits Process Tool Books.

*** Promotes a safe and quality work environment through the use of 5S, job rotation, ergonomic work practices, etc.

*** Conducts audits, 8D process and corrective actions.
