Manage plastic injection mold process involving engineered plastics for automotive parts.

*** Collaborate with toolmakers, project managers, and designers to test, debug, and engineer solutions to optimize product performance.

*** Provide quotes for plastic injection molded parts and new tooling.

*** Work with designers during mold design development.

*** Analyze mold flow prior to and after mold building to prevent molding issues.

*** Prepare molds for sampling, including assembly of tools, wiring, testing, and debugging electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical systems and mold temperature controllers.

*** Establish processing standards for new tooling and document established processes.

*** Integrate multiple types of robots and automation.

*** Execute mold wiring testing and final hook-up to customer specifications.
