Seeking bachelors of masters degree in Business, Management, or similar; track record in manufacturing accounting, capital budgeting and analysis; design for manufacturability, process engineering and tooling; inventory control; quality assurance; manufacturing administration and regulatory compliance to oversee a Total Quality Management operation with 250+ employees and 50+ injection molding and blowmolding presses and multi-axis robotic stock manipulation and transfer robots.

Requires understanding of sequential injection of separate materials into different locations in a mold as well as the ability to determine the best way to combine one or more materials into the same molded component as company uses specialty multi-shot injection molding processes such as: overmolding; 2-shot molding; ; dual-shot molding; Rotary Platen Multi-Shot Molding; Index Plate Multi-Shot Molding; Core Toggle Multi-Shot Molding; etc..

Activities:

*** Manage the development and production of custom molded products for clients in the automotive, consumer appliance, toy, and sporting industries.

*** Achieve budget targets, manufacturing metrics, and preserve capital assets.

*** Develop short and long term plans.

*** Create and drive vision, mission, values, and principles.

*** Maintain training, assessment and development of personnel to ensure capable management succession.

*** Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory authorities.

*** Oversee maintenance of the physical facility and equipment.

*** Promote and support continuous improvement activities.

*** Develops and maintains sound working relationships with the customer base.
