Must have:

*** Solid knowledge of mold making, maintenance and troubleshooting and a track record conducting mold trials and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis.

*** Hands on ability with DAD to develop and design, machine modifications, tooling and fixtures.

*** Experience managing million dollar + projects from concept through installation.

*** Six sigma or other lean methodology training.

Top base salary to $105,000 and added incentives including extensive perquisites and significant upside potential stock participation are only part of the complete employment package for this highly visible position.
