Seeking prior experience: Rebuilding and installing production equipment; Conducting preventative maintenance and tool changes; Troubleshooting & repairing malfunctions.

Equipment: CNC Machining Centers, Lathes, Mills, Grinders, etc.

*** Installs new equipment or replaces equipment as required and sets up line for product changeovers as required.

*** Fabricates parts using machine shop equipment.

*** Planned maintenance, trouble-shooting, and reducing downtime due to equipment failure.

*** Training of operators to recognize and report potential equipment malfunctions and failures as well as to ensure knowledge and assist with preventive maintenance.
